Our Goal
To have every eligible family at Holy Trinity enroll its members in COF. There are two ways for this to happen.
- “Adult Travel/Accident Insurance:” With this program, every parent and child (Catholic or Non-catholic) associated with Holy Trinity School (even though the application says, “adult”) can become a lifetime member of COF for a one time fee of $15 each. Applications are available from a local agent, but are also sent home from time to time and are also available in the offices.
- The “Pathways” program: For $25 per child per year, families receive $10,000 in life insurance for each child. Holy Trinity receives a $25 “rebate” per child for the first year. Fill out this form to join. We also receive $4 for each sponsored activity that a member attends up to 2 per month (That’s up to $96 per member per year). This money provides materials and snacks for the activities. Any extra funds are kept in an account to be used at the discretion of the principal and director.
Benefits of membership include being eligible for
- All of the youth activities held for elementary students.
- Applying for tuition grants for Holy Trinity, NCC and college.
- Becoming an officer with the local court. Working with the local court to help determine how the funds that our activities generate are spent.
